The first column of figures gives the original sections of the Revised
Laws 1910. The second column gives the section number in this volume
where such section will be found. The session laws are given by page,
the opposite number is the section herein where the section will be
found, as taken from the Session Laws.

Constitutional provisions are given by article and section, and the
section herein is set opposite showing where such provision is found.
Acts of Congress are given by the year of enactment and the section
herein is set opposite.

Whenever sections herein are followed by the dash (-), it means
that more than one section is taken from the same page of Session Laws
and given in two or more sections herein.
