Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the general așsem. Sec. 4. Be it further enacted, That each

CHAPTER XVI.

An act to amend an act, entitled ' An act authoris.

Sec. l. Be it enacted by the general assemi. bly of the state of Ohio, That the secretary; treasurer and auditor, when they give notice
