AN ACT to amend the Act, entitled "An Act for regulating Trials of 1 I. 2 BE E it enacted by the People of the State of New-York, represented in Senate and Assembly, That it shall hereafter be the duty of the supervisors, town clerks and assessors of the several towns in this state, annually on or before the first day of July to make the return of the names of jurors qualified and disqualified as is provided in and by the thirteenth section of the act hereby amended in the following manner; the names of those jurors that shall have become qualified on a separate and distinct piece of paper, from the names of those that shall be returned as aforesaid, disqualified; which return shall be alphabetically arranged. II. And be it further enacted, That the sum of five thousand dollars, in addition to the sum granted this session, be and hereby is appropriated for the completion of the public building in the city of Albany, which building shall hereafter be denominated The CAPITOL, and that the said money shall be paid by the treasurer, to the commis3 sioners appointed to superintend the erection of the said building: And from and after the first day of August next, the courts of justice, other than justices courts and courts of special sessions held in the said city, 4 may be held in the said Capitol, and writs and process which are now by law required to be returnable at the city-hall, shall thereafter be returnable at the Capitol in the city of Albany.
