Saunders was chosen Moderator to preside at said Meeting and Archibald Stark & James Nutt were appointed to serve as Petit Jurors at the Superior Court of Judicature to be holden at Amherst on the 3a Tuesday of February A. To the inhabitants of the Town of Manchester in the County of Hillsborough qualified to vote in town affairs and particularly the Selectmen of sa town You are hereby notified and warned to meet at the Old Meetinghouse in said town on tuesday the twentysixth day of April instant at five of the clock in the afternoon for the following purposes:

1. To Choose a moderator to preside at said meeting

2. To be present while a petit Juror is drawn to serve at the court of Common pleas to be holden at Amherst on the first tuesday of May next.

SECURITY RECORDS AND NOTICES.

Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Jackson of Manchester in the County of Hillsborough and State of New Hampshire Esquire for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Morrison Jackson of Londonderry in the County of Rockingham & state of aforesaid Yeoman and Reuben White of said Londonderry Esquire before the delivery hereof (otherwise whereas the said Morrison Jacks & Reuben White on the 5th day of October instant Sign with the said Samuel Jackson as surety a note of three hundred Dollars to guarantee the payment thereof mad payable to Jonas B. Bowman Esquire on demand with interest thereby enabling the said Samuel Jackson to obtain the said Sum of three hundred Dollars) the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Morrison Jackson and Reuben White all the goods and chattles mentioned in the schedule hereunto anexed (which schedule was attached hereunto before the signing & sealing of this instrument or mortgage deed all which goods and chattels are now on the farm of the said Samuel Jackson in Manchester aforesaid & in and about the buildings thereon, Also one pew in Methodist Meeting house No Seven.

To have and to hold all and singular the said goods and chattels hereby granted bargained and sold to the said Morrison Jackson & Reuben White their executors administrators & assigns to them and their sole use and benefit, and I the said Samuel Jackson for myself my executors and administrators the said goods and chattels unto the said Morrison Jackson & Reuben White their executors administrators & assigns against all and every other person or persons whatsoever Shall and will warrant and forever defend, of which goods and chattels I the said Samuel Jackson have put the said Morrison Jackson & Reuben White in full possession by delivering to them one silver spoon in the name

of all the goods and chattels at the sealing and delivery hereof

Provided always and it is hereby agreed between the said parties to these presents that if I the said Samuel Jackson my executors, administrators or assigns do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Jonas B. Bowman or his certain attorney executors administrators or assigns said note of three hundred Dollars and interest agreeably to the tenor thereof & thereby exhonorate the said Morrison Jackson & Reuben White & hold them harmless and free of expense in eight months from the date of said note for the redemption of the said hereby bargained premises these presents and all things therein contained shall be void otherwise in force,

Kow all men by these presents that I Arlberry Nason of Manchester in the County of Hillsborough and State of New Hampshire in consideration of the Sum of Sixty-five Dollars to me in hand before the delivery hereof well and truly paid by Henry Willey of Derry in the County of Rockingham in said State the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have sold assigned and set over and by these presents do sell assign and set over unto him the said Henry Willey his heirs Executors, administrators & assigns forever all and Singular the goods chattels and effects contained and enumerated in the Schedule hereunto annexed 2 Bureaus 1-4 foot Table two 3 foot Tables. 3 Feather Beds 3 Bedsteads 8 pair
