Larry Haggard is a native Oklahoman who has served as pastor, church planter, and school administrator including a stint as Vice-President of Southeastern Free Will Baptist College outside of Raleigh, North Carolina. His bachelor's degrees are from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. He holds a master's degree from Free Will Baptist College, a Doctor of Ministry from Calvary Baptist Seminary, and a Ph. D. from Louisiana Baptist University. Dr. Haggard currently pastors First Free Will Baptist Church in Jacksonville, North Carolina. He and his wife Rose have four children.
