Beaulier, while walking on the track near Conant & White's mill in Oldtown, was struck by train No. 1, and died same day. Coroner's jury rendered as follows:-"Beaulier's death was caused by his own carelessness, and by intoxicating liquor furnished him by party or parties unknown to jury."
