Halaman 39 - Council. measures as they may deem best calculated to fulfil the objects of the Society, including the appointment of Committees, to whom such powers and business shall be entrusted as the Council shall from time to time determine. The power vested in the Council shall be exercised only in duly summoned Meetings, and at which not fewer than five Members shall be present.
