roll, one cent on every dollar or sum less than a dollar of taxes, as your fee for collecting the same. (If the aggregate amount shall not exceed two thousand dollars, two cents on every dollar or sum less than a dollar of taxes as your fee for collecting the same.) On all taxes remaining unpaid after the expiration of said thirty days, you are entitled to receive and collect, in addition to such taxes remaining unpaid, five cents on every dollar, as your fees for collecting the same.

You are hereby directed, out of the money so collected, to pay over on the first day of ... next:

1. To the commissioners of highways of said town, the sum of assessed and levied for the support of highways and

bridges therein.
